Salsa Verde literally means “green sauce”. It goes great with fish, chicken or any meat - add it to your next Mexican dish!
1 bunch fresh basil
1 large handful of fresh mint and parsley
2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp capers
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt or season to taste
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until a smooth paste.
