Metabolism Boosting Smoothie

Try this metabolism boosting smoothie to kick start your metabolism and nourish your cells for a healthy happy start to your day.



300ml coconut water, coconut water kefir, almond or coconut milk
2 Tbsp coconut or plain yoghurt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 Tbsp coconut or MCT oil
½ cup berries or ½ banana
1 large handful spinach, rocket or watercress leaves or a mix of all of these
1 scoop low carbohydrate protein powder like Whey, hemp or pea protein



Place in a blender and process until smooth.

Makes 1 large serving or 2 small servings.
