Up and Go Smoothie

This Up and Go Smoothie recipe contains super foods such as raw organic cacao powder, maca, kale high in cancer fighting sulforophane and packed full of calcium and iron, fermented coconut water and yoghurt which are great for digestive, liver and immune health.


Ingredients

1 Tbsp cacao powder

1 Tbsp protein powder

1 large kale leaf or handful spinach

1 banana

200ml fermented coconut water, filtered or nut based milk

1 Tbsp chia or hemp seeds

2 Tbsp coconut or natural yoghurt

1/2 to 1 Tbsp honey, maple syrup, stevia xylitol (optional)

1 Tbsp maca powder

 

Blend and enjoy!
