Bircher Muesli

This Bircher Muesli recipe is great if you are trying to improve the good bacteria in your gut. It is an easy and healthy overnight oats recipe that is loved by kids too.


1 Tbsp of rolled oats or medium oatmeal

3 Tbsp water

1 Tbsp lemon juice

3 Tbsp biodynamic yoghurt

1-2 medium apples

1 Tbsp ground LSA or almonds



    1. Soak the oats or oatmeal in the water overnight.

    2. In the morning, add the lemon juice and grate the apples into the mixture and sprinkle the nuts and yoghurt on top.
