Bircher Muesli
Ingredients
1 Tbsp of rolled oats or medium oatmeal
3 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp biodynamic yoghurt
1-2 medium apples
1 Tbsp ground LSA or almonds
Method

Soak the oats or oatmeal in the water overnight.

In the morning, add the lemon juice and grate the apples into the mixture and sprinkle the nuts and yoghurt on top.
